10 unbroken pull-ups
10 unbroken push-ups
4 rounds. A couple of my pull-ups were a tiny bit shy of chin-over-bar. Major failure here was grip — after my 4 rounds I did about 3 sets of 8 pull-ups but couldn’t quite finish out the last 2 because I couldn’t keep my hands on the bar.
