Swimming
4 laps warm-up, then 36 laps (0.5 miles) at medium pace — 20:30.
Then 8 laps, Tabata-style…
4 rounds:
Swim 1 lap (~20 seconds)
Rest 10 seconds
Swim 1 lap (~20 seconds)
Rest 30 seconds
Eventually hope to be able to swim 8 laps in 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between… but that was just not happening today.
