“Nate”-inspired Arm Workout
As many rounds as possible in 20 mins:
2 muscle-up transitions, from seated on floor, blue band in 12th rack hole
2 ring dips, knees in blue band in 12th rack hole
4 handstand push-ups, green+green on 9’ pull-up bar
8 c2b pull-ups
5 rounds.
Already starting to get really frustrated with this “no using your legs” thing. All-arms workouts for me are all and only about muscle failure and never feel like a metcon. Kipped the pull-ups like crazy which is probably not allowed but fuck it. I am annoyed with everything.
