Friday 2010.05.14

Got ok’d to row and do things that aren’t directly compressing my hip today!  Yay!

Proceeded to do this, which was probably stupid.

3 rounds for time:
500m row
10 toes-to-bar
10 push-ups
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
30:15

Last round subbed GHD sit-ups for T2B’s and strict red banded chin-over-bar pull-ups for C2B’s because something feels very tweaky in my right shoulder.  And if I am hipless AND shoulderless I’ll really be in trouble…  Rows felt pretty awesome though.  Nice easy 500m pace was settling around 1:50, which is faster than it used to be!

Oh, also, this is no excuse for such a ridiculously slow time but… it is stupid humid out.  Ick.
