Max bar dips (red banded)
“Max” pull-ups
1 minute handstand hold
5/1, 5/1, 9/1, 7/1, 7/0
First 2 rounds not really maxed on the bar dips.
Then muscle-up practice. Didn’t really work too well after all that arm work!
