1h43m.  Or so.

Yes, this royally sucked.  I did 20 rounds of 5 pull-ups / 5 push-ups / 15 hip ext / 5 push-ups.  Ran out of multiple push-ups pretty early on.  That was definitely the slowest part.  Pull-ups and hip extensions were pretty okay.  By the time I got to the second row I was just thankful to be rowing.

Dips were way harder than I thought they would be.  Rowing was pretty much fine bar a moment in the middle of the 300m row when I thought I was going to have an asthma attack.  Possibly it wasn’t the best idea to do this right after lunch.

Okkaaayyy… what with all the beat the streets insanity, picture-taking did not go so well today.  Fail on the massive amounts of fruit and sunbutter consumed.  Should have planned better.
