Yes, this royally sucked. I did 20 rounds of 5 pull-ups / 5 push-ups / 15 hip ext / 5 push-ups. Ran out of multiple push-ups pretty early on. That was definitely the slowest part. Pull-ups and hip extensions were pretty okay. By the time I got to the second row I was just thankful to be rowing.
