Squat Snatch practice

Worked up from 45-85.  Wiped out at 85.  Power snatched 90, failed on 95.

Min round (I think) 3.

Tabata Deadlifts
6 @ 112#.

Deadlifting still really sucks. Back has clearly not entirely recovered (sigh.)
