30 sandbag zercher squats*
150m run (no sandbag)
30 sandbag push press
150m run (no sandbag)
30 sandbag half moons
150m run (no sandbag)
30 sandbag lunges*
150m sandbag run
* = if you drop the sandbag, start counting again from zero.
10:25. So slloooowwww!! It was fun though
Then, some muscle-up practice, and overhead squats x3: 42, 62, 72, 92, 112. Definitely not my max, but back still tweaky from yesterday.
