10 ring dips, red banded
15 knees to elbows
I totally retarded this. I think I took about 11 minutes. But the first round I did 5 of each exercise because I misunderstood the instructions. Also my K2E were totally pathetic. Apparently 3 hours of sleep does not lead to good things.
