Overhead Squats x5
45, 65, 85, 105, 115, 125
Overhead Squats x1
135F, 135F, 135 (yay!)
Tried to clean 135 quite a few times with limited success. All in my mind, of course. 125 came up easy. All power cleans — must work on my squat cleans!
Toes-to-Bar Practice
~20 with no failures! I attribute this to my lower back being nicely warmed up and stretched out from the squats 🙂
