ginger lemon tea with nyc honey (for allergy relief)

turkey cacciatore
salad
a few blackberries

Once again, way too much food overall.

spinach salad with 1/2 avocado, 1/2 tomato, olive oil, vinegar
strawberries and brazil nuts

Ate WAY too many brazil nuts today!! Snack monster!!

Day One of the CFV 30-Day Spring Leanin’, Clean Livin’ Challenge!

Alright!  I’m pretty excited about how many people (30!) have signed up for this!  Personally, I will be sticking to a paleo diet as outlined on the challenge page.  No dairy, no grains, no legumes, no sugar, no processed foods, no booze.

I’ll be posting my food log as one post at the end of each day.  Will also be logging workouts (as always.)
