coffee with milk x 2
smoothie (banana, blueberries, almonds, coconut, milk)

Lunch (3pm)
cottage cheese, 1 cup
2 slices liverwurst
4 slices pepper turkey
2 tbsp peanut butter
coffee with milk

Tea (4.30pm)
6 almonds

Dinner (10.00pm)
slow cooked chicken (turned out AWESOME)
brussel sprouts
