  • salad with chicken, beets, peppers, mushrooms
  • apple with peanut butter
  • coffee with milk
  • 2 squares peppermint dark chocolate

Snack

  • small paleokit
  • apple with peanut butter
  • cinnamon tea

Dinner

  • spicy chicken wrap
