Breakfast (11am)
coffee with milk x 2
smoothie (blueberries, banana, almonds, coconut, whey protein, milk)

Lunch (2:30pm)
duck breast & duck liver pate sandwich with carmelized onions and mustard  (sooo delicious)

Snack (6:00pm)
apple with peanut butter

Dinner (8:30pm)
cup chili
milk chocolate bar with almonds in it

Supplementation (11:30pm)
4 adult fish oil capsules
