smoothie (banana, blueberries, almonds, coconut, milk)
6 almonds

Lunch (3pm)
2 slices liverwurst
4 slices turkey
2 slices muenster cheese
2 tbsp peanut butter

Snack (5pm)
2 tbsp peanut butter

Dinner (9.30pm)
slow-cooker chicken and shrimp soup
frozen blueberries, shredded coconut, pecans and walnuts in milk.
