CrossFit Total: 450.

Terrifically disappointing since this hasn’t moved at all from 3 months ago despite a whole bunch of lifting.

Back Squat: 175, 185, 190F (10lb increase)
Press: 90, 95F, 92F (5lb increase)
Deadlift: 185F, 190F, 175 (15lb decrease)
