Back on the logging bandwagon!

11am Breakfast
Coffee
Blueberry / Banana / Milk / Protein Powder / Almond Smoothie

3pm Lunch
Tex-Mex tuna melt on a hamburger bun.  Tuna packed in olive oil; added salsa and 4 slices american cheese.  Grilled in fancy microwave-toaster-oven 🙂
One Diet Coca-Cola (ick!)
