“Mary”
Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:
5 Handstand Push-Ups
10 Pistols, alternating legs
15 Pull-Ups

3 rounds plus 9 pistols

Subbed:
Negative HSPUs to 1 abmat
Pistols off a box, with a bounce off the bottom (i.e. push off the ground)
Red band pull-ups, switching to blue+red band for the last 5 (after hands ripped)

Mary is my nemesis.

Do I need to rest?  I think so.
