First half of today:
Breakfast: Total yogurt with honey & pecans, raspberries. Coffee.
Lunch: Taco salad (chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole.) Frozen margarita.
Congratulations to all of you who have stuck with it over the past 100 days!
I hope that you have found this to be a rewarding experience, even if it was often challenging. Personally, I have found it very illuminating to keep track of my eating habits, even if I fell off the wagon now and again.
I have been very impressed with the efforts of each and every one of you — you’ve all given this a good shot! I really love the way we’ve created a little 100 Day Challenge community — in which every single member knows just how long 100 days can *feel*!

Snack – Total with honey and almond butter.
Breakfast – Coffee, Total with almond butter, a bit of honey, and blueberries.
Sorely needed nourishment: salad nicoise, strawberries.
Earlier today: coffee, smoothie, some total 2% with almond butter.
