Food So Far Today

(I am working on reinstalling Tumblr on my iPhone!)

Early breakfast: coffee, smoothie
Post-workout Snack: 2% total, walnuts, preserves
Lunch: pork chop, apple sauce, 1/2 sweet potato, more coffee.
