These felt really surprisingly good.  Last PR was 170, and I think I could have made the last rep at 185 with just a minute or so more rest beforehand 🙂

The Weekend

A couple of factors conspired against my taking pictures this weekend — firstly my Tumblr iPhone app decided to start quitting every time I tried to post a picture.  And secondly, I spent Friday – Sunday up in lovely Acadia National Park in Maine, at a wedding.  Great place to get a nature fix.

In any case – I ate a lot of things including lobster, steak, various vegetables, as well as some ice cream and wedding cake.  Not to mention a few glasses of champagne.  I feel surprisingly good about the whole thing, all-in-all.

Now that I’m back I will be getting back on track.  And setting the burpee counter back to 1000 😉
